Attach an order form or price list to the inside back cover with these handy slots.
Perforated back cover
Add a perforation to the rear cover so that people can tear it off - great for order forms or reply cards.
Windowed front cover
Add a cut-out window with round or straight corners to the front cover, to reveal part of the inside.
